"This is a cheap and cheerful apart-hotel located just outside the centre of Grasse. It was quiet, the host was friendly and helpful, and it suited our purposes (a couple of nights) perfectly. The hotel does not currently provide breakfast but there is a good local café just round the corner."

"A somewhat worn down resort, 2 small pools no other shared facilities. Some cafés, restaurants and a good grocery store very close by though. Also very close to swimming lake (Lac de Saint-Cassien, recommended), Cannes, the Riviera etc. A holiday home - not suitable for short stays due to cleaning costs and not so flexible check-in hours. Check-in after 19 possible, but has to be arranged. Staff didn't speak English on the phone - code exchange was difficult. Read the fine print - Hotels.com...

"A hotel should be even basic clean, this was far away from it. The apartment was in an untidy condition, there was obvious dirt, cigarette butts, wear and tear, the sofa was broken. We said this several times, nothing happened. It is not right that the first thing to start cleaning when entering the apartment. The dirty mattresses were lined with plastic sheets, you can't sleep on them. We would have removed those plastic sheets, but the dirty (clearly pee-soaked) mattresses were revealed...

"The outside looks great, if you get an apartment with a good view, it can compensate a little.But the maintenance and cleaning of the apartment are disappointed. The room seems it was not cleaned and looks like it was falling apart. Walls dirty, stairs and all. the pool is the best for the whole staying. It’s big and it has a great view from Cannes. "
