"Old facilities and fittings. Everything worked but it is all a bit tired. The mattress is surprisingly unsupportive but the water is hot and the bath is bigger than in most hotels. Perfectly situated if you have to go to court or if you want to take the train to Cannes "

"Great apartment/boutique hotel in Cannes. Definitely on the top three list of the ones we have stayed at yet (been to Cannes more than 50 times last 12 years). Wonderful and accommodating staff, clean and spotless apartment. We will definitely come back for our next trip to Cannes this fall, and I will recommend it to everyone I know 😊"

"A hotel should be even basic clean, this was far away from it. The apartment was in an untidy condition, there was obvious dirt, cigarette butts, wear and tear, the sofa was broken. We said this several times, nothing happened. It is not right that the first thing to start cleaning when entering the apartment. The dirty mattresses were lined with plastic sheets, you can't sleep on them. We would have removed those plastic sheets, but the dirty (clearly pee-soaked) mattresses were revealed...

The room seems it was not cleaned and looks like it was falling apart. Walls dirty, stairs and all. the pool is the best for the whole staying. It’s big and it has a great view from Cannes. "
