The employees are so welcoming and friendly from the receptionist to the bellhops making your visit even more memorable. There’s many other great hotel & resort choices in Can Tho, VN, but if you’re looking for a reasonable, budgeted “top notch”, clean, quiet, comfortable and relaxing resort for a weekend or longer, then Victoria Resort is a place not to miss! Without a doubt this is one, if not the only one resort in South East Asia out of hundreds, yes I said, hundreds that I’ve stayed at that provides you the best “bang for your buck “. Oh… don’t forget to take an evening walk on the newly upgraded river walk way and then an evening swim in one of two pools. "

"It started out as a disaster. The room had no Wi-Fi and a shower that did not work. The next room had a TV that did not work. Finally, the 3rd attempt proved successful. Everything worked properly and it was a very enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, there is a lot that needs to be repaired or upgraded for this to be a great hotel again. Fortunately, they have a good staff willing to help and make the stay enjoyable. The free breakfast left a lot to be desired, but again the people working there made it a pleasant experience. They need new TVs in most rooms, new shower fitting, better Wi-Fi routers and/or extenders, and new batteries for the door locks. Even with the problems, I would still consider staying again if I could get one of the few good rooms."
