    This studio is located on the first floor (no elevator) and has been completely renovated in an industrial style. With two windows, it is less bright than the studios above. It has a portable air conditioner.
    Fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, induction cooktop, range hood, microwave, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, French press, toaster).
    Bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) with electric towel warmer and hair dryer.
