Everything was perfect except for not bringing our luggage (2 heavy bags) up the stairs to the third floor. The staff offered to assist but we wouldn’t have that. We were traveling for two weeks and decided to only bring up our necessities.

The customer service is unmatched. It’s personal. I visited months ago and still think about how hospitable and welcoming this place was.
