"Me and some buddies came in from out of town to see a show at Avondale Brewery! This house was a 2 minute ride from Avondale Brewery, with many others attractions in the neighborhood, and the Uber charges were exceptionally reasonable. Very nice house. Sizeable kitchen, large dinning table, plenty of seating around the table, sofa that would seat 4-5 comfortably or two people could stretch out, beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows. I would definitely consider this house for a future trip....

However, there was a broken toilet seat, and my MIL almost fell using it the first time because she didn't notice it (started to slide over). There was a missing TP holder in the other bathroom, and after walking down the hallway a few times, the bottoms of our feet were black. "I'd give this property and owner 6 stars if I could. Seriously can't say enough positive about this property and process. Super easy to get to and in. Quiet neighborhood, super clean house and even surprised us with snacks in the kitchen which was great after a long drive. Out teen and young adult children loved the basement entertainment area. Would 100% recommend and use again next time we are in the area."

I didn’t read that one bedroom doesn’t have a door between the other bedroom and the door to it from the other room has a big window with no curtain, but it is in the listing so beware. The beds are amazingly comfortable and we slept very well. Thank you for a nice stay!"
