"This property was close to perfect for our large family. It was spacious and clean. The neighborhood was questionable. Upon arriving, we determined the main living area A/C was leaking badly onto the floor and chair. We had to turn it off and contacted the host. Unfortunately, no one ever came to fix the A/C during our stay. Luckily each bedroom had an A/C unit, so we were able to stay comfortable even without the main living area A/C. Hurricane Ernesto had just passed through a few days...

"Great place to disconnect and recharge. Host was really responsive when we had issues or questions. Low score was due to several things that need attention in the property, as a host, I know how important is to have good attention to detail and make sure everything I am offering, works. "The place was nice, clean and cold. Does not have a full kitchen. It does have a fridge and microwave. It sleeps 7 to 8 people but only has 1 bathroom. It is walking distance to shopping and food restaurants. We arrived at 12:35 had lunch and waited around for 3:00 pm. The only thing I didn’t not like was that they do not let you check in at least 30 minutes early. That was my only issue. "
