Great location and the apartment was very spacious. The location was ideal - just a block to the ocean, lots of EXCELLENT restaurant options - from a quick bite, to more luxurious formal evening dining. Grocer is just down the street open Mon - Sat. Bus stop just a block away - the ride to downtown was 15 minutes!

The Apertment is very close to the wonderfull beach. There is also a Supermarket and some Restaurants in the area. The apartment is very close to bus, who will drive You to the center in Cagliari in only 15 minuttes. The apartment is okay. There are four beedrooms and two badrooms and one ekstra toilet and to kitchens. There is two Airconditions. We enjoyed our stage in the apartment, and Roberto was very nice and flexible. The Plain was late, but he waited at the apartment when we came. I can recommand this apartment-)

"We stayed for 11 days in March 2014 in this apartment. The flat is very big - 3 bedrooms and 2 living-rooms (actualy 2 flats merged to one), 3 toilets. There is everything what one can need for vacation and normal living. The area is quiet, a busstop and a supermarket just around the corner, the beach less than 200m from the flat away. The owner was very helpful and polite. Perfect stay on the beach, you can get to the town by bus (line PQ and PF) in 10min for EUR1,70 (just buy the ticket from the driver)."

La casa è a due passi da spiaggia e servizi(farmacia, supermercato, bar, ristoranti), è molto grande e confortevole. Il proprietario Roberto è una persona molto disponibile e gentile, disposta anche a dare consigli su luoghi da visitare o attività del luogo. Si è reso reperibile perfino di notte, risolvendo ogni nostro problema e garantendoci una vacanza strepitosa! Consiglio vivamente! RECOMENDED!!!!

Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane in questo appartamento a un passo dalla spiaggia del poetto. Eravamo in 4 (due adulti e due bambini). Un appartamento molto spazioso, pulito, e accogliente nel quale siamo stati molto bene e comodi. Il proprietario e' una persona molto gentile e disponibile.
