"I love this hostle. Its so convenient. Its clean. Its got great transport links via the bus system . Its got great food on site, bar , menu and breakfast all great. Bathrooms and communal kitchen all also clean and functional . Great to have. Parking can be a expensive but options to park locally and bus but make sure you check the timetables. Its simple but clean and convenient "

"Wow! Beginning at check in, the reception was so helpful and patient with me. You check in at the Black Boy Inn which is about 50 steps away. I kept returning back to reception because I thought my key wasn’t working. Finally, they were able to explain to me that I was staying in the townhouse next door to the for I was trying…which I wasn’t expecting! For the price, when I booked this, I thought I was getting a “normal Hotel room”. But in fact, it was a 3 story, 2-bedroom with full kitchen, living room, dining room! Way more than I needed as a solo traveler, but I lived like a queen for 3 days…for a very low price! This town house is excellent for families, couples, or solo travelers who want to live like royalty. And just about an block from the castle and the ocean. Absolutely will rebook the next time I am in town!"

"Jan and her staff were so friendly and beyond helpful. The Victoria House is within the castle walls, so it's a quick walk everywhere. Breakfast is not served on site, however, Jan will make reservations at a nearby restaurant at a discounted price. She also kept topping up our tea, hot chocolate, Welsh Cakes, etc. There was a small fridge and microwave in our room, which was very convenient. The bed was so comfortable and the room was a very good size. We highly recommend booking in here! We had a wonderful stay! "
