"Situated in a stunning location. The hotel was easy to find and had ample parking. Check in was quick and efficient. We booked this hotel as we were taking part in a 1am Snowdon walk. It was literally two minute walk to the Snowdon train station, which was our meeting point. The village with shops and restaurants was only a few minutes walk away. Our room was clean and comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good and much appreciated after a night hike. Looking to return for a couple of days to relax and to explore the area a little more. "

"Impressed with vast spacious building with all bedrooms en-suite. Sea views from rooms at the front was a bonus. Hot tub was very popular with adults in group. Two fridges was tight for so many guests staying and one freezer leaked badly making kitchen floor slippery. One bedroom door jammed shut so couldn’t be closed at all during stay in house.Dining area was huge with plenty of room with side tables to serve meals.Area was perfect to walk to the beach or short drive to local activities."

"Great location for what we wanted to do. Amy and James were very helpful and friendly and communication before and during the stay was great (why can’t more places use What’s App?!). Breakfast included cereal and juice and coffee if one wanted and a full cooked breakfast that was wonderful. I really appreciated the gluten free bread. There are a lot of areas in the building to relax and there is even a hiking trail by the parking lot. There is an eating place just down the road but we chose to drive to the main part of town to eat. Our room had two beds and plenty of space for us. The bathroom was modern and there was plenty of hot water. I would happily stay here again; we had a very pleasant stay. "

"The owner was very welcoming, gave great dining suggestions, and the staff were also friendly. We were in a bit of a pickle regarding laundry and they were able to remedy that! Room was large and very comfortable. I would definitely stay again!"
