It was comfortable for the 3 nights we were there. We liked it has a kitchenette and fridge. It was very basic but everything worked. Bed is a pull out sofa and was ok. It's hard to find the place, Google maps sends you the wrong way. Gate is stuck by maybe that's a French thing. It's tricky to open the door, but the owner showed us how to do it. The owners are nice. The Internet didn't work. The owner gave us access to their own Internet but it was very slow. The description mentions there is laundry but what they mean is that there is a Laundromat around the corner. It's opened 7am- 6 pm so you can't do laundry late. They have drying rack though and we used it. It was good place for the price.

Pour l'appartement : le ménage n'était pas fait correctement (poussières, cheveux dans le canapé lit...), moisissures dans la salle de bain, litterie HORRIBLE : impossible de dormir sur le canapé lit (c'est comme si on dormait par terre). Concernant la propriétaire : ne s'est jamais inquiétée de rien, désagréable, elle n'a même pas pris la peine de m'accueillir alors qu'elle est à côté : je ne l'ai jamais vu (pour quelqu'un qui a mis dans sa bio qu'elle aime recevoir et donner des conseils sur sa région c'est très surprenant comme façon de faire), rouleau de papier de toilette vide et même pas changé pour mon arrivée... Quartier peu rassurant et bien trop éloigné du centre. Bref, pour moi ce sont des gens qui veulent juste se faire de l'argent c'est honteux et je ne recommande clairement pas. jamais vu. Sa bio disait qu'elle aime recevo d'avoir

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce petit studio avec les commodités utiles lors des voyages. L'hôtesse était facile à rejoindre. Proche de la gare de train et de la gare routière. Je recommande cet établissement.

Das Studio selbst ist klasse, der Weg dorthin war holprig

Ich kam nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit an. Vielleicht lag es daran oder an mir, aber für mich war es NICHT selbsterklärend, dass der Zugang zum Studio nicht das Tor mit der Hausnummer 6 war, sondern ein hohes Tor ein paar Meter nebendran. Dadurch dass der Hof nicht einsehbar ist, konnte ich auch nicht anhand des Fotos überprüfen, ob ich richtig war. Nur die kleine Schlüsselbox rechts oben ist zumindest im Dunklen kein Indikator, vor allem nicht für Gäste, die einen persönlichen Check-In gewöhnt sind. Bei Ankunft hatte ich also eine ziemlich üble halbe Stunde, bis mir nette Nachbarn geholfen haben. Das Eingangstor selbst ist so verzogen und klemmt, dass es zunächst so wirkte, als sei es abgeschlossen. Auch das Schloss an der Tür zum Studio funktionierte nicht reibungslos. Das Zimmer selbst ist sehr schön! Toll, was man alles mit Ideen und Geschmack aus einer Garage machen kann! Es war super sauber und die Willkommensmappe enthält gut durchdachte Hinweise. Alles weist auf sehr viel Sorgfalt hin. Wenn diese Sorgfalt auch noch auf die Check-In-Informationen verwendet wird, ist alles in Ordnung. Tipp: Entweder sollte die Beschreibung genauer sein oder eine klare Bezeichnung (Hausnummer, "Studio") am Tor angebracht werden.

Un petit nid fonctionnel

C'est petit mais très bien conçu pour deux, avec une déco sympa et même une cour où garer éventuellement la voiture. Le lit BZ est très confortable et le quartier très calme. La supérette et la boulangerie au bout de l'impasse sont très pratiques. A 10mn à pied se trouve le terminus de la navette gratuite qui, tous les quarts d'heure, est le transport idéal pour aller au centre-ville et en revenir. Le plus : un accueil chaleureux ! Bon séjour à Caen !

Bienvenidos al norte

El estudio que Agnes y Olivier han montado en lo que debió ser el garaje de su casa es precioso, cómodo y acogedor, y puedes aparcar el coche en la entrada sin tener que dejarlo en la calle. Aunque apenas coincidimos con ellos (son enormemente discretos) nos parecieron una gente encantadora. Un alojamiento ideal para visitar Caen y la zona de los desembarcos. Merci et à tout à l'heure!

Petit studio aménagé, au calme.

Studio parfaitement situé, idéale pour aller faire les plages du débarquement ou encore les monuments historiques. Nous recommandons ce studio pour passer un moment au calme.

Très belle région. Beaucoup de choses à voir. Location suffisante pour 1 week end, mon dos ne supporterait pas plus, ni ma fille. Le matelas du bz.... Il serait nécessaire de le changer je pense. La table de repas, pleine de poussière. Et bizarrement nous partons en excursion le matin, nous fermons à clés le studio, à notre retour, il était ouvert....

studio très pratique et agréable

Le studio est bien situé à proximité du centre ville, une quinzaine de minutes à pied et est pratique pour une visite de Caen. Il est proche d'une boulangerie et supérette. Il est petit mais bien agencé, propre et suffisamment équipé pour deux personnes. La wifi fonctionne très bien. L'accueil de la propriétaire, proche et discrète, est agréable.

Petit mais bien

Petit car, une foi le lit déplié, c'est un peu juste, mais le prix est lui aussi petit, donc rien à dire. Très propre, tranquille, une place de stationnement, bien placé et une superette + boulangerie à deux pas sont les atouts de cette location. Les moins, pas de télévision pour suivre les infos le soir et une cafetière, même à filtre, serait la bienvenue. Propriétaire à coté, mais très discret. Je recommande.

Les photos ne mentent pas. Petite. Proper. Deco tendance. Cour privé. Propriétaires sympas. Pas cher. Proche centre ville et station bus et velo. Superette et laverie proches aussi.
