"Right on lake Champlain. Room clean but a bit shabby. Room ac small and noisy. Toilet slow leak around base. Toliet seat slides underneath you. But, it was a pleasant night and location wonderful. Would nit hesitate staying again I n."

"I called ahead to ask about the pool and hot tub it's the main reason we were staying there I was told the pool was warm enough. It was ice cold and filthy icky green stuff all over the sides of the pool I was soo disappointed. The hot tub wasn't warm when we got there but it did get better later. The staff was excellent no complaints about them. The room was nice and the bed was great"

"Loved the breakfast. Nice variety and stocked well. Room was impeccably clean. I assumed that it would be a daily once over but not so. Apparently only every other day which is fine but it would have been nice to be told upon checking in. Also neglected to inform us time breakfast is available and or other amenities."

"Nice family run motel. Town was quiet but there were great motorcycle roads which is what we were there for.. Limited but great eating places in the immediate area. Loved the gas fireplace seating area."

"Great place! Never saw any staff because we just used the door code provided to let ourselves in. Cute room. Bed a bit too firm for me. Otherwise, great."
