"Hotel was in walking distance of the Wine Museum and the Tram to get to Old Town. Staff was wonderful! Rooms were clean and comfortable and I would recommend if in Bordeaux!"

"The location of the Hotel was excellent! The room had this French cachet and we really enjoyed it. Bed was really comfortable. Only small observation is services are limited (a few staff members trying to cover all jobs from valet to bartender) and the ambiance late afternoon was sleepy. Empty bar/lounge. Guests just not using the facility and common areas. Other than that, excellent."
