Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool heated (11 x 5 m, depth 50 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 12.May. - 13.Oct.) with shutter cover. Outdoor shower, boules. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Storeroom available. Parking on the premises. Shop 100 m, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 150 m. Sports harbour 8 km, golf course (9 hole) 5 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, children's playground 200 m. Nearby attractions: Malensac et Parc de Préhistoire 6 km, Port de Folleux au bord de la Vilaine 8 km, Rochefort en Terre 10 km, La Gacilly, Malestroit 25 km, Pénestin, Damgan 30 km, Golfe du Morbihan, Vannes 40 km. Upper floor: 3 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating, underfloor heating. Large terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. In the case of renting the villa alone (FR2660.600.1), the annex is not accessible.
