"Emmanuelle was a great host! We were greeted upon our arrival with a wonderful welcome basket with lots of eggs, tomatoes, wine, etc….Very peaceful countryside setting. Absolutely perfect swimming pool. And in these excessively hot temperatures, the air conditioning was very very welcome! Spacious and comfortable with 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, calm countryside, setting close to the beautiful little village of Simorre!"

"We enjoyed hot, sunny, cloudless days and made good use of the shady parts of the garden which affords total privacy and looks out over a reservoir. The property is fairly remote, with no shops or restaurants within easy walking distance so a car is essential. Accommodation is not as spacious as it seems on the website but it was fine for two of us and there is obviously work still going on to renovate other parts of the building. Decor is stylish and the kitchen is well-equipped."

"The Chateau was very beautiful and was even more than we could wish for. The hostess Anki was very warm, helpfull and welcoming. She helped with all of our questions and we could always give her a call. The view from the pool was stunning and despite our age differences (1,5 - 80 years), all of us had an equally amazing stay. We definately would recommed Chateau Labusquiere to everyone who wants to see the south of France!"

"Logement propre. Arrivée un peu chaotique car pas de réseau dans le coin (à anticiper) et donc impossible de joindre le propriétaire une fois devant l'hébergement. On a dû reprendre la voiture pour trouver du réseau et enfin le contacter. Coin très tranquille. WiFi parfait à l'intérieur. Bonne literie. Salles de douche modernes. "We were a group of 7 friends staying for a wedding hosted 5 mins away from the property. The home was perfect for such a big group, with lots of space for everyone. Communication with the property manager was straightforward and check-in/check-out process went smoothly. Our only suggestion would be to get some fans as there are no fans or AC and the windows do not have screens on them, so it would get very hot and you couldn't leave windows open without letting in mosquitoes. "Bien placé à la campagne prés d une petite ville interessante.Petits désagréments ( fuite d eau de pluie, douche bouchée, seule 1 petite serviette de bain par personne, draps non changés pendant 3 semaines, pas d explication par le propriétaire, table de salon et table exterieure dangereuses...) mais malgré tout, maison et jardin trés agréables."
