"Overall a good stay of your looking for relaxation and not much to do. Property is clean and scenery is beautiful. We stayed in a treehouse and upgraded to an “air conditioned” one, but it wasn’t much help when the room was still very open air. We made it through given this is a very hot season, but I was not a fan of the small ants that were in the beds ,sink, and sheets. We made do, but I’ll probably opt out of treehouse stay the next time :) Not being familiar with the property besides what...

"Decent stay but close to Saint Luke's hospital which was convenient."

"It is downtown San Jose so Friday and Saturday nights were loud. They supplied ear plugs but be aware that there is a bar or club very close to hotel. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Staff was very helpful, friendly, room was clean and stocked with amenities."

"Parking...service...spotless...fantastico"

"Our first time staying at the Ritz Carlton Zadun. For a frame of reference we have stayed at resorts like Montage, Chilleno Bay, Las Ventanas, Esperanza, Four Seasons, Pedegral, etc. Our room was fantastic, large well appointed. It had a plunge pool but didn't really heat up enough to warrant any early morning or late night dips. Staff was very attentive, special shout out to our "Tosoani's" Ariadna and Gabriel. They communicated with us throughout our stay and coordinated anything we needed. A...

"This is the most chill, relaxing, friendly place in the entire costa azul area"

"Hotel El Ganzo is absolutely beautiful and the staff are excellent. We enjoyed our room and the pools and private beach area just a quick boat ride away. Our issue with Hotel El Ganzo were the strict no outside food or beverages rules. The hotel lures you to stay with reasonable room rates but then charges truly astronomical prices for their food and beverages. The food was mediocre, unfortunately. The guacamole was simply mashed avocados with garlic oil drizzled on top. The chips were...

"The property is beautiful and well-maintained. Every one of the staff at the One & Only are very friendly and welcoming! Elisa and Lulu were amazing at staying in touch with us our entire stay!"

"Amazing place to stay, I did not want to leave."
