"The apartment needs a coat of paint where the paint has been rubbed off on some doors and the walls in places. The bottom of the shower unit leaked causing water to go on the bathroom floor. The space around the bed in the main bedroom is rather tight and the wood frame expands into the limited space. We could have lived with these small problems but the noise from the flat above was awful and went on late into the night so we were unable to sleep. It sounded like furniture being dragged...

"Lovely apartment with everything I needed and more - all amenities listed were there along with additional nice touches like coffee (2 different coffee machines!), hair dryer, etc. The host reached out right after I booked to welcome me and give me access instructions. She was immediately responsive when I couldn't figure out how to work something (100% me just being slow) and then very patient. Will stay here next time I am in Setubal. Coffee and restaurants within 2 minute walk yet quiet...

"This flat is a gem!! Fantastic location, clean space, super comfortable bed, all the basics needed for self catering if you want, and loads of hot water for the awesome shower. You are within a 10-15 minute walk of most of the historic district, 5 minutes from Parque Bonfim, and 10 minutes from the bus terminal. Do yourself a favor and walk around the corner to the small park and have a pizza at the cafe. It’s fabulous. We highly recommend this property!!"

"Appartement très bien et qui a tout le nécessaire. Très propre. Il est bien situé dans le quartier historique (nombreux restaurants et boutiques). Il n'y a pas de stationnement mais nous avons toujours trouvé un stationnement à proximité. Cependant l'appartement n'est pas bien insonorisé. La fenêtre de la chambre donne dans une ruelle et c'est assez bruyant jusqu'à 22-23h. Je donne 3 étoiles surtout pour la mauvaise communication. Le propriétaire nous avait contacter par vrbo pour les paiements....
