"An incredible experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. They upgraded us to a balcony room with a beautiful view of the water. The beds were also very comfy and AC was strong. I could not have had a better experience!
Only complaint, 20 euros each to use the pool is a bit extreme, especially for a nice hotel like that, you’d expect it to be free."

"Hotel was lovely ,we were just very disappointed on arrival to find out that pool is closed and beach clubs are not operating till 2 nd of July -that was the day we were leaving .We only took this hotel to have everything in one place .It was my doughter 21 st bday and we were very disappointed.hotel is absolutely amazing -we just not happy with Expedia to let us know about this fact .We would choose another hotel .We would definitely ask for compensation as this is not acceptable.As we said...
