It was a frightening and stressful situation, and unfortunately, the way it was handled made it even worse. The staff were rude and lacked empathy throughout the incident. "The location is absolutely fantastic! The slow WiFi speed was probably the biggest drawback since I needed to get some work done. Otherwise all the appliances and amenities worked well. So if slow WiFi isn’t an issue for you then this location should work nicely!"
