 Luxury house rented in summer with heated salt pool, quiet, secluded at the foot of the southern Luberon 2 km from the village of Cabrières d'Aigues, 3 km from Cucuron and 8 km from Lourmarin 30 km from Aix.
in the heart of true Provence, this house is located on 3 hectares of vineyard, olive, truffle and lavender hillsides. it is a house where you can laze deliciously by the pool, against the backdrop of a natural picture, the mountain of Sainte Victoire and the Luberon.
we suggest you spend your holidays under an azure sky lulled by the song of the cicadas and appreciate the calm at the foot of the luberon. This house is inhabited by the owners during the Autonne Winter period and rented during the SUMMER period
An additional cleaning service at the end of the stay is offered for 1 week of rental 140 euros, 2 weeks 170 euros, 3 weeks 200 euros 4 weeks, 220 euros a cleaning service is done every Saturday from 10:00 to 12:00.

MERVEILLEUX

La maison est tout à fait conforme au descriptif. L'intérieur, très bien décoré par la maîtresse des lieux, est plus que confortable, bien équipé et très propre. L'extérieur est fantastique : une vue magnifique sur les monts , un très joli jardin et une piscine chauffée dans laquelle et autour de laquelle nous avons passé beaucoup de temps, le tout au milieu des vignes. Nos deux enfants de 13 et 10 ans et nous-mêmes sommes enchantés de notre séjour. La situation de la propriété permet de nombreuses visites (Lourmarin et autres villages typiques du Lubéron, Les Gorges du Verdon, Marseille, Aix en Provence, descente de la Durance en canoë, randonnées à cheval...). Pascal et Hélène sont absolument charmants et très soucieux du bien être des occupants. Nous recommanderions sans hésiter cette location à nos proches et amis.

Un petit coin de Paradis

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique, complètement déconnectée dans un environnement de rêve. Nous avions des enfants en bas âges. La superbe pelouse et le murier platane apportant son ombre nous permettaient de tous être ensemble dans la journée. Tout est cohérent y compris l'accueil et le professionnalisme de Hélène et Pascal.

Wir haben uns im Haus von Helene und Pascal sehr wohl gefühlt. Die ruhige Lage ist ideal zum Ausruhen, Lesen und Genießen. Wohn- , Ess- und Schlafbereich sind liebevoll dekoriert und lassen keine Wünsche offen, man kann sich wie zuhause fühlen. Auch die Umgebung (Weingärten, nächstes Dorf-Lourmarin mit Bäcker und Co. etwa 4-5 km entfernt) ist ideal zum Entspannen. Danke an Helene und Pascal für den warmherzigen Empfang und die schöne überaus erholsame Woche in eurem Haus!

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé 2 merveilleuses semaines dans la maison d'Hélène et Pascal. La maison est située au calme au milieu des vignes et des oliviers avec une très belle vue sur la montagne Sainte Victoire, à quelques kilomètre de Cucuron où l'on trouve tous les commerces. La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée et très bien entretenue, le jardin et la piscine également. La piscine a été équipée d'une pompe à chaleur lors de notre séjour ce qui a permi de gagner quelques degrés et d'avoir une eau à 27°. Hélène et Pascal sont très accueillant et disponibles et nous ont donné de nombreux conseils sur la région. Nous la recommandons vivement.

Un coin de paradis

Une vue à couper le souffle sur la montagne Ste victoire. Une région magnifique avec de belles balades dans les villages environnants. Une maison chaleureuse où l'on se sent comme chez soi. Un accueil attentionné. Un lieu magique pour de belles vacances. (et très facile avec un enfant en bas âge)

Superbe séjour au Bastidon des Espinettes

Excellent séjour dans cette ravissante villa très propre, bien agencée et contenant tous les équipements nécessaires. On s'y sent vraiment comme chez soi !!! Véritable havre de paix avec une vue imprenable sur la nature environnante. Proche de superbes petits villages (Cucuron, Le Cadenet, ..) du très intéressant marché des producteurs du dimanche à Saint Martin de la Brasque ainsi que d'Aix en Provence. Accueil charmant et attentionné. Photos et descriptifs correspondants à la réalité. Bref, un séjour inoubliable.... A conseiller à tout ceux qui veulent passer des vacances idylliques.....

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine en juillet. La maison est tres belle, tres joliment decorée, tres comfortable et tres propre. L'interieur est reste tres frais toute le journee malgre la canicule dehors. La vue est imprenable sur la sainte victoire et sur la montagne du luberon. La maison est entouree de vignes, oliviers, chenes au fond d'une petite route tres calme. Nos enfants ont bien apprecie la tres belle piscine. Nous avons largement profite des environs et visite les innombrables villages meme si la maison donne envie de flaner sans rien faire. Nous avons pu tout trouver au village de Cucuron (commerces, docteur, pharmacie) a 5 min de voiture. Le golf du luberon est a 30 min et un tres sympathique centre equestre est a 7 minutes. Nous avons été accueillis par des proprietaires charmants qui entretienne avec beaucoup de passion la maison. Nous avons euune coupure de courant et le proprietaire est venu nous secourir avec son electricien en une heure alors qu'il etait a Marseille. Il s'agissait finalement d'une coupure generale suite a un coup de tonnerre.

vacances merveilleuses dans le Luberon authentique

villa grand confort dans un cadre d'exception tel que décrit dans l'annonce avec une véritable carte postale sous les yeux . Si vous recherchez de belles prestations dans un endroit authentique et calme le bastidon des espinettes est fait pour vous . De plus les propriétaires sont charmants et très prévenants .
