Shop 1 km, supermarket 900 m, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Plage" 450 m, thermal baths "Thalazur" 50 m. Golf course (9 hole) 1.4 km. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked. Elevator only in buildings 3 and 7. Residence composed of 7 buildings located between 300 (building 1) and 50 m from the sea (building 7).
1-room studio 27 m2 on 2 levels on 3rd floor, east facing position. Living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: (steep stair) gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Balcony 5 m2. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: smoke alarm, no lift. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Proche mer

Idéal car à 3 minutes à pieds de la mer, 15 minutes du centre ville, 8 minutes d’un parc avec activités. Appartement très correct, peut-être revoir la cuisine, changer les plaques, de quoi poser la vaisselle propre et pourquoi pas un lave-vaisselle. Superbes vacances pour tous !
