On the 2nd floor with lift, crossing apartment with 2 terraces including a sea view and offering: a living room/lounge (with flat screen TV and a 90x190 single bed) opening onto a large terrace with sea view, an open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, traditional, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, 4 induction hobs and classic coffee maker), a 1st bedroom (with a double bed 140x190) facing East overlooking the second terrace with a view of the Dives estuary; a 2nd bedroom (with 90x200 bunk beds), a bathroom (with bath and washing machine) and separate toilets.
A private parking space is at your disposal.
Pets are not accepted in this rental.

Localisation parfaite ! Le logement est mieux que en photo. Nous étions avec 3 enfants et l espace est plus que suffisant. Les équipements sont de qualité et en nombre suffisant. La terrasse est grande et avec vue sur la mer. Le petit plus que nous n avions pas anticipé c'est le fait que l appartement soit au dessus d'un hall ce qui n était pas gênant pour des éventuels locataire en dessous avec les enfants qui courent ! Nous gardons l adresse !
