CABOURG/NEAR THE BEACH. In a residence on the seafront with direct access to the beach, this 3-room apartment with a capacity of 4 people, with an area of approximately 32m², on the 2nd floor with lift, with a balcony with a nice view of the sea, exposed North-East.
The apartment includes: an entrance with storage cupboards, a living room (with a sofa and a flat screen TV) opening onto a balcony with a beautiful sea view, an American kitchen (with a fridge, 2 electric hotplates and a microwave oven), a first bedroom (with a 140x190 bed), a second bedroom (with two 90x190 bunk beds) also opening onto a balcony with sea view, a bathroom (a shower, a washbasin and an electric towel dryer), separate WC. A private parking space in the basement. Pets are not accepted in this rental.

Un appartement très très sale,très mal entretenu,ménage pas fait ,confirme par l’agence…. Nous avons fait nous même le ménage!!! Mauvaise literie.Tres déçu de cet appartement,qui offrait pourtant une vue magnifique sur la mer.

Très bon séjour...

Très bon séjour. L'appartement est fonctionnel. Très belle vue sur la mer, conforme à l'annonce. Pour un séjour pour quatre personnes (adultes et enfants) il manque réellement un lave-linge. La literie est inconfortable en chambre adultes. RAS sur l'équipement de la cuisine. Une multitude d'activités proposées sur place. Nous avons apprécié cette semaine de vacances à Cabourg...nous recommandons. Cordialement.
