This apartment includes a living room overlooking a magnificent wooded garden, an equipped kitchen (with microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Tassimo coffee maker and grain coffee maker), a 1st bedroom (with a double bed 180x200), a 2nd bedroom (with a 140x190 bed) and a bathroom (with bathtub). Washing machine in the laundry room.
The residence is an old Cabourg villa divided into several apartments in a very quiet area of Cabourg and very close to the city center.
Pets are not accepted in this rental.
Additional services (optional) to be paid on the day of arrival: cleaning 60E, sheet kit (140x190: 22E/ 160x200: 25E, (notify us a few days before arrival).

Nous avons noté quelques inconvénients : les equipements électriques manquent de notice explicative , la télé est difficile à régler, un radiateur dans le couloir ne fonctionne pas (bouton cassé) dans les chambres il manque table de chevet avec lampe , aucune place pour ranger les denrées alimentaires dans la cuisine , nous avons dû les laisser dans des caisses par terre dans le salon... enfin , il n'y a qu UNE casserole vraiment insuffisant, pas de décapsuleur, pas de cloche pour le micro onde . Les locataires précédents avaient laissé des requêtes écrites pointant des problèmes , apparemment les propriétaires n en ont pas tenu compte, l'agence les a telle informés?

Manque de vaisselle.Pas de lampe de chevet. Nous avons laissé l appartement plus propre qu il était a l arrivée. Dommage car il est très bien placé.Tres calme.pour un petit séjour c était passable
