Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Room wasn’t available. I was stranded in Mexico without a safe place to stay

Arrived and room wasn’t available. Vrbo emailed and collected money from me through multiple payment installations. Called to resolve and Vrbo promised a call back from management within 24 hours. That didn’t happen. I had to scramble with my party of 6 people to find accommodations and ended up paying 3x the price just to have somewhere to stay in a safe location in Mexico where I don’t speak the language. Vrbo has stolen my money and not refunded me.
