Up to 10 guests are invited to indulge in luxuries both inside and outside the home.
The partially shaded main pool deck invites guests to an outside grilling area, or to relax in an outdoor conversation area. Six deck loungers make it easy to soak up the sun from the deck or cool off and refresh right in the sunning pool. The family-friendly area includes an outdoor stereo system, pool basketball, and a Jacuzzi for those evenings to watch the sun set over the horizon or simply gaze past the towering palm trees to the rolling waves below. Sip some cocktails and dine at the outdoor bar or simply move inside where two walls of double-height glass windows and doors surround an open living and dining area. A crisp white kitchen island with seating for four guests backs to a massive marble dining table for 10. The gourmet kitchen lends an air of sophistication to the space, complemented by gold hardware and chef-caliber, stainless steel appliances.
Entertainment and convenience are seemingly at your fingertips, as the home comes with a computer and free Wi-Fi, Apple TV, Netflix, video games, a 100-inch cinema screen in a tiered home theater room, a Blue Ray player, and Crestron/Sonos home integration. Additionally, the villa comes with a Cava wine cellar and an elongated wet bar. Almost like staying at your own private spa, the villa adds an indoor jacuzzi and massage table, as well as a home gym with weights and cardio equipment, a sauna/steam room, and an elevator. Each of the five bedrooms comes with a king-sized bed, zoned AC, and access to a private terrace.
Close enough to the vibrant nightlife and picturesque beaches of Cabo San Lucas, it’s easy to reach one of the nearby restaurants and shops, or to make the short drive to golf.
