Our multi-million dollar luxury villa is beautifully situated overlooking the Sea of Cortez. This newly built elegant, Tuscan style villa features a large gourmet kitchen and great room living area, granite counter-tops, new appliances with mostly large bedrooms of which have great views. It has more than 5000 sq. ft. of covered area and a beautiful Jacuzzi spa that spills into one of the largest beach entry style heated swimming pools in Santa Carmela. The master suite includes two large walk in closets, King bed and master bathroom with a large shower made for two. Master bedroom #2 has a king bed and it's own bathroom and shower. Master bedroom #3 has a king bed and it's own bathroom with shower. Bedroom #4 has a queen bed with a full bathroom one door over. Master suite #5 has a king size bed, master bath, wall to wall windows and doors overlooking the pool and the sea.

The house is equipped with satellite TV, fiber optic high speed wireless internet, free long distance to the US and Canada, water purification system for drinking - ultraviolet with reverse osmosis (lab tested in the USA for water safety) central air and individual air for each of the bedrooms, CD, DVD, whole home stereo system - with auxiliary input for your own music, washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, etc… Upon request, we can also provide: full time cook, maid service, grocery shopping, in home massage and almost anything else you might need.

Activities include world class golf, excellent fishing, scuba diving, four wheeler's, surfing, sailing, tennis (on our own courts), sunset cruises, jogging, etc….
