Paraiso Marina is a 2 BDR and 2 Full Bath condo, tastefully decorated, with the perfect harmony of modern designs. It is located inside the Paraiso Residences a luxury community located on the upper level of Puerto Paraiso Mall, with private entrance and 24 hours security

This 2 bedroom and 2 full bath property can accommodate up to 4 adults as follows:

-Master bedroom - King size bed, smart tv, en suite bathroom, opens to the large private terrace with stunning Marina views.
-Guest bedroom - Double bed, smart tv, full en suite bathroom.
Pull out bed in living room can perfectly accommodate an extra person.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, electric stove and everything you might need to cook your meals.

The Neighborhood:
Medano Beach is walking distance as well as Cabo San Lucas Downtown, both less than 5 minutes away.
Getting around the town:
- Uber service is very convenient, with exception to Airport and Resorts, where it is not allowed.
- Taxis are available right by Puerto Paraiso main entrance and all around the marina. They can be expensive.
To/From Airport:
- Private transportation is available to purchase. Send us your flight information if you would like us to help you booking it!

Getting Around:
You are in the best location of Cabo San Lucas. Right in the heart of the Marina; Medano Beach is walking distance as well as Cabo San Lucas Downtown, both less than 5 minutes away.
Taxis and Uber available just outside the mall.
Right outside the Puerto Paraiso mall also is the bus stop for the route to San José del Cabo, in case you want to adventure with local transportation, you will be in San José's Historical District in less than 40 min.
In case you have private transportation arranged they will be able to drop you off at Puerto Paraiso Mall parking lot, where you will take the elevators directly to the Paraiso Residences floor.

Other Things to Note:
Please be advised that the Mall, located below The Paraiso Residences, is currently undergoing some renovation work. Because of this, you may hear construction noise during your stay, especially between May and June. While we hope it won’t affect your experience too much, there could be occasional noise at different hours.

Please note: Due to maintenance improvements in the mall area below the unit, repair work is currently being carried out at night. This may cause some noise between 9:00 PM and 12:00 AM.


We accept small dogs, however we need to be notified before arrival.

Remember this property is Dog-Friendly 🐶 (15lbs or smaller), we need to be notified upon arrival if you will bring a dog, an extra $150 USD cleaning fee will apply with no exception, last-minute arriving pets won't be allowed on the property.

Please note that a $12 Environmental Fee per stay will be applied to all bookings starting February 1, 2025, to support local sustainability

LOUD NEIGHBORHOOD: Being located just in downtown, a few steps from Cabo's nightlife, this MIGHT result in noisy nights (music), specially in the bedroom that faces the Marina.

If you plan to rent a car, please let us know in advance to advise security and give you access to the parking.

Please don't forget to leave your Condo keys when you leave, lost keys have a replacement cost of $20 USD

We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of $300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking

This property is inside a residential community. For this reason, you will be required to provide an ID and sign the community rules in order to grant access. Please message us if you need specifics on the community guidelines
