"Everyone was cool but they took too long at check in. The place was hella convenient. Right smack in the middle of everything. Gates parking lot with security. The rooms were clean and the water pressure was fantastic. Walking around at night was terrific. The restaurant and shop owners were wonderful and we felt very safe. "

"What isn’t there to love about Banyan Tree Veya?! It’s a stunning property with all the amenities one needs for a wonderful stay. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special shoutout to Esteban, who simply goes above and beyond to ensure guests are well cared for. Another shoutout to Leticia from the spa for a wonderful experience. All dining options are a must, as is the Pictograma and Atalaya experience. This is by far our favorite hotel in VDG and we look forward to our next stay!! "
