"We really enjoyed our time at Vidasoul. We wanted to check out the East Cape, look at the ocean, and just relax and we were able to do all that there. Loved chatting with Joan and learned tons from her. The dogs were welcome and didn't need to be on leash. Everyone there was mellow. It is mainly a spot for surfers and divers, but we enjoyed watching them and meeting them. The beach was deserted and we had a great walk with the dogs. The food was good too: fresh and filling. We shared the chicken picata for dinner and had an omlette and huevos rancheros for breakfast. . Joan reminded us of how much work it is to maintain a place on the beach. The salt air is murder on metal, and the dampness lingers. I think they wash the windows every day. Some people (including Joan) don't like all those windows, but we loved them. They bring the ocean almost into the room. We were lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves. It was just what we wanted. This spot is not for everyone. It is spacious and clean, and the beds are comfortable, but it is not luxurious. If you are looking to be pampered, this is not for you. We loved it."

"Great experience in a gem of an area, Cabo Pulmo. House was nice, next to the water. Has partial ocean views, the villa in the front commands spectacular views. Highlights for us was a well equipped shack with several kayaks, snorkeling gear, coolers, umbrellas, etc. Bed was very comfortable. The people there were wonderful. Negatives were the solar battery was on the fritz so we were conservative and kept the fans off to make sure the fridge stayed cold--it did. Internet was out too but we knew ahead of time that internet throughout the area is spotty. Also, no bed sheets for the pull-out bed for our child. But those were minor issues, it was a great trip, we plan to go back and will stay there again."

"The White Lodge is am eco lodge in an area of exceptional beauty. Tucked amidst the dunes behind an incredible beach with few tourists and only surfers. The hotel’s architecture is fantastic. Clean elegant lines, outdoor terraces and incredible peace embrace you. I can’t wait to return!"

"Absolutely wonderful stay. We were two families (with two 13yos and two 10yos) and had a wonderful time swimming in the ocean and in the pool, walking on the beach, playing volleyball and horseshoe, and watching the whales and birds. Leo and Gaby were wonderful, very responsive and caring and the dinners were amazing!"

"We enjoyed our 5 night stay in March 2024. We stayed in the main house. It has a full kitchen with everything you need to cook yourselves a great meal. There are few restaurants in the village a 10 minute walk away. The building is a work of art. Quiet and just on the edge of town. There was someone there each morning asking if we had any needs. They fixed a few minor things right away. There is snorkeling gear, beach chairs and umbrellas that you can borrow from the house. The owners gave a detailed run down on how to get there and what to pick up in San Josue del Cabo, as there is only a convienence store in town. And the hiking trails in town."

"We very much enjoyed our stay in the Vista Suite. The sunrises were gorgeous, views of whales spouting in the distance, many hours of relaxing and reading in the comfy hammocks. There are plenty of activities available within walking distance. We enjoyed a nearby hike, meals at local restaurants, and an amazing snorkeling trip. We hope to return soon."
