"The room itself was a disappointment. The window would only open slightly, which meant it was impossible to get the ocean breeze. The breakfast area was kept air conditioned instead of opening the windows, which, again, would have allowed the natural breeze to come in. The wifi was spotty, too, which made accomplishing anything online trying. That said, the breakfast buffet was ample, and the pool area and patio in the front of the hotel were both very nice."

"Room not ready at 1530 in the day of check-in. Superior suite with 50%of light busted, after 2 days few was replaced but unfortunately the one above the bed was not possible to turn-off, so I sleep with light on. Air condition very noising and leaking water inside the room. All forniture in very bad condition, also several times I was running behaving the stewardess at 1800 for clean my room and replace towels. All was addressed to the manager but nothing change and no any kind of reimbursement...

"Room was dirty (hairs in the shower and used soap still inside the bathroom). The only window of the bedroom was facing a wall with lots of concrete and stones on the ground. The bed was big but super fast, with only a thin bed sheet. The lobby was really noisy every morning with people speaking extremely loud since 6-6:30am, everyday..... Only good things I found were: Location, 2min walk from the beach A/C, very powerful WiFi, signal was good enough to watch videos on YouTube."

"The location we can't discuss. Is one of the best in town! Very secure and has that touch of high end on the front desk... But the room need a better up keeping! They did some work in the flat and I could see tiles under the cabinets and the bathroom they also have done some work and they added wallpaper to the shower area?!?!?! and after removed without taking the entire residues off. looked awkward... So I spoke with the front desk to get another room, but they couldn't help, and since was...

"The location is the best in town. The staff super friendly and polite. Our room was dirty with left over from other people. In our 4th someone did our bed and forgot to give us sheets so we stayed the rest of trip without any. I would stay there again but I have to bring a few items to my confort"
