"I would have rated the property much higher save for two issues. The good part was that the property was well located for us near major routes. It was spacious and clean. The bad part was that we didn't have any heat for the first half of our stay when outside temperature was 2 degrees. The other problem was check-in which supposed to be from 4-8pm but there was no-one there. After an hour we had to have someone call as their message service wasn't working. 15 minutes later someone arrived...

"Perfectly fine, minimalist aparthotel. Quiet (apart from the traffic on the main road) and within easy walking distance of Valle Real station and the Maliaño suburb of Santander. Will stay again if in the area."

"Apartment smelled of smoke, washing machine door broken, no cooker , beds uncomfortable very very hard like sleeping on floor. Towel change once a week, no cleaning , cutlery- we had to buy a knife as theirs blunt. Surroundings of building dirty , broken pipes, does not look like the picture. Other hotel - gym dirty and only few equipment , need a car to drive up to it. Very very basic overall. Reception not there on weekends and one day in the week."

El sofá estaba viejisimo daba pena, los colchones se hundian en el centro y no se podía descansar por las noches. La atención por parte de recepción muy buena, la lavadora no iba y pronto nos cambiaron a otro de las mismas características pero la limpieza seguía estando igual de mal, y los colchones también aunque por lo menos...
