"Unfortunately, our stay did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel. Considering the price charged per night, the level of service and amenities did not justify the cost. There was no welcome drink and not even complimentary bottled water in the room, which is usually a basic standard. The mattress was not comfortable, and essential items such as toothbrushes, slippers, and tissues were not provided. Overall, the experience did not match the price or the 4-star rating. We expected much better service and attention to detail."
