"There's a bit of false advertising with this place. There are actually 2 hotel/apartments and one is nicer than the other. They should be listed separately. I do not recommend the rooms that say "Portillo" because those are actually a different building, about a 9 minute walk away from the main one --> not fun with suitcases. The rooms at the Portillo place are poor, with the lowest quality of furniture, linens, and decoration. If you have allergies, this place is not good, they use a strong...

"Santiago was a great host. He was easy to communicate with and met us at the house when we first arrived to welcome us and show us around. The house was spectacular for a large family. Everything worked well and we had a great experience. Check out was simple. Located in beautiful countryside outside of Madrid. Walking distance to public bus stop that will take you to downtown Madrid. Highly recommend."
