"Siamo arrivati in mattinata, molto presto.. il titolare ha accolto le nostre esigenze e ci ha permesso di effettuare il check-in in maniera tempestiva! La struttura è molto pulita, accogliente e centrale.. non fatevi spaventare dai servizi in comune; sono pulitissimi!!!!! Abbiamo anche avuto la possibilità di lasciare i nostri bagagli al momento del check-out per goderci la città senza pesi! Consigliamo questo BB a mani basse!!!!! Siete fantastici! "

"My brothers & I stayed here for three nights while on a road trip, the stay exceeded all expectations, the host Donnatella & Gianni were incredibly hospitable & helpful, as we wanted to go to Modena & Bologna for the City & of course Ferrari, but at Donnatellas suggestion we visited Pagani, a really unexpected highlight, we all agreed you can’t go wrong here, great hosts comfortable rooms& good road connections, we have no hesitation in recommending them, many thanks again"

"Great location, clean rooms/bathroom and really fantastic breakfast. Only drawback is that this is right next to the nightlife area and, whilst the street itself is quiet, people use the street to get home. This means it can be quite loud late at night as people make their way home. Advise you ask for a room away from the street-side."

"This is a very old, but quaint property. The room was large and the en suite bathroom was also large. We arrived just after a snow storm. The village and surrounding area was beautiful. The house was almost as warm as te welcome and friendliness of Mario the owner. "

They were very accommodating to our family by amending the pool hours. The property is perfectly situated to see many great areas around Bologna and all are within about an hours’ drive.
