"We’ve stayed here several times before. The hotel has been very tastefully remodeled. Breakfast options are not typical but terrific. My only complaints are the hot water takes forever to get warm and once it does it’s way too hot and can’t be turned down no matter how much you turn the hot/cold dial up or down. We have had this problem before in a different room and thought is was an anomaly . Also, although the location is downtown and near some great food spots there are a lot of homeless...

"Great service and great hotel"

"A beautiful, relaxing lace to stay."

"Unique hotel. Great location. Loved the art work."

"I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and come here for the staff and the mermaid bar. I had one check in person that wasn’t helpful and made it seem as if I was putting her out. I love this place but won’t likely stay again."

"Air conditioning didn’t work properly but luckily it wasn’t a hot time of year and the window opened for good air flow"

"Not the best place of our in the room Reception desk and entrance were not very nice old furniture"

"There were no towels at all in the room, half roll of toilet paper when try to call the front desk the room phone didn't even work, woke up to nabors pounding on other doors, was not impressed at all.."

"No window lock on ground level room"

"I made a reservation and they turned me away. They saw I used Expedia points and they didn’t accept the rate. They were looking at my price, not my price + the monetary value of the points I used. They turned me away at 10pm and I had to book another hotel. If you book with them, you better pay an acceptable rate."

"Breakfast that was included was terrible"
