"Beautiful apartment on a mountain above the very charming town of Downieville : ) Note: it's a very steep drive up to the house (and a very challenging walk!!!) so good to be aware of that - i.e. it's not within "strolling distance" of town, though technically not so far away! Absolutely lovely location though...waling up to a view of the pine-covered mountain directly oppsite is Just Amazing <3"

The house was filthy. The deck was filled with cobwebs, Pineneedles and broken decking. The bathrooms were filthy. The master bathroom shower was full of mold, mushrooms growing out of the woodwork. All of the kitchen cookware we tried to use, had never been washed before being put away. Filled with...
