Superb 5* Sea View Luxury Villa,Private Pool in Central Protaras with FREE WIFI

"We had a lovely stay at Villa Artemis. The property is in a great spot, close to the sea and a handful of restaurants. I would agree with a previous review that the property isn't 5*. It wasn't particularly clean and is in need of redecoration and basic repairs. There was a strong mouldy smell coming from one of the cupboards where the pans were kept. There were no open gloves or tea towels provided. We bought 3 tea towels and left them behind. We had to chase a change of linen for our second week. This did arrive by the end of the day but was delivered to the opposite villa, again quickly sorted, but it meant we didn't have the correct linen for one of double beds. We made do at this point. Also, no clean towels were provided and a mid-stay clean when staying for 2 weeks would have been welcome. We had a problem with ants on the kitchen counters and in the cupboards. We bought some plastic containers to keep food in so the ants couldn't get to it. They are really tiny ants and were only obvious when we saw them on plates of food ready to be eaten and in boxes of cereal in the cupboard. They were a nuisance around the pool and, although tiny, give an uncomfortable bite which lasts for a while. We found sweeping around the edge of the pool before getting in helped. The pool itself was lovely and private and kept very clean."

"A beautiful property that is still very nice, but its rooms have seen better days. Scratches on the floor, some damage to the walls and holes in the drapes. I’ve been going for years for the lovely beach, the Cliff Bar and the fantastic restaurant next door. I’ll probably go back but maybe time to look into options that are less expensive as you’re no longer paying for luxury."

"Receptionists were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was basic but very clean and modern, perfect for me to stay in for a long weekend for a friend's wedding. Swimming pool was clean and tidy and the sun loungers were comfortable. Breakfast had all the main essentials. Cannot comment on lunch or dinner as did not have those at the hotel. Overall, an incredibly comfortable and happy stay ☺️"

"Lovely villa. Perfect location. Five min walk to the beach and 15 to the strip with a huge choice of bars and restaurants. Had a couple of issues with Villa when first got there but Kate and her team couldn’t have acted quick enough. Cannot praise them enough."
