"The room was clean and the front desk was friendly and efficient. We arrived late at night and requested an extra toothbrush. We also got wine glasses for the bottle of wine given to us. The AC was very noisy and the walls were porous. Noise travels easily from the outside."

"Great location for events at Stanford. Super helpful staff and great amenities. However, I gave an overall 4 rating because: Parking was sometimes difficult to find because we needed handicap access—and it’s $20 a night extra. Not enough charging stations for electric vehicles. There was only one elevator working our entire 4 night stay. With athletes from different teams staying here as well, getting an elevator was nearly impossible without a 10-15 minute wait. I would think it was important enough to get someone in to fix it in a more timely manner. "

"The cottage was easy to find and perfect for a couple traveling with our dog, Scout. She loved the little backyard area and the neighborhood was very walkable. The Pakistani restaurant was within walking distance and the outdoor patio was great!"
