"We had a good stay at this property for the Christmas holiday. Easy check in, with free parking. Communication with the host was good, was able to accommodate our extra needs. We had some difficulty unlocking the bedroom door after locking ourselves in. Had some difficulty with the cooker and oven but communication with the host had everything resolved and got our Christmas dinner cooking perfectly. "In general the accommodation was pretty nice and well equipped. Nice kitchen if not a bit small but had everything you would need. Reliable broadband internet and good central heating. The host was pretty good in regards to communication etc. especially when the heating stopped working. Some parts of the accommodation look a little bit run down, it could do with a painting to cover up all the obvious touch ups across the walls. The couch is a bit worn with some stains and a wobbly back rest....

"At the time of booking the property was listed as 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, sleeps 10. On arrival it had 3 bedrooms, 1bathroom & a downstairs toilet. It would sleep 5 with the double bed shared. The owner did try & make amends by coming round & putting an extra bed up in the lounge but with cameras (don’t know if working) in the lounge & on the landing this was a little disconcerting. He also gave a small refund. There was a lack of cutlery & glasses. Out of date food was left in the fridge. The...

"Amazing value given the history of the building and the location cannot be better for downtown Luton. Great to have facilities like tea and coffee, and breakfast was from a small but essential selection. Room were nice, using a fan rather than air conditioning. Which was ok. "
