Very handy just across the road from the beach. Not the type of beach we are used to as it was only 5 people deep and everyone had a parassol. We just popped in for a swim now and again and rinsed off and sat by the pool.

Lugar fantástico

Foram dias incríveis. Hotel fantástico, piscina maravilhosa, funcionários diligentes. Não tive nenhum pedido que não foi atendido. Quarto espaçoso e confortável. O lugar, mesmo no Carnaval, é de uma paz incrível. Espero um dia voltar.

Foi excelente, porém achei os funcionários da segurança muito exigentes sem um pouco de paciência com horários etc , afinal estávamos passeando e merecíamos um pouco mais de atenção e instruções aliviando um pouco quanto ao tempo de piscina, sauna, etc. Outra coisa o restaurante para jantar muito fraco.

Aconchegante e bem estruturado

Estrutura otima, decoracao sobria e aconchegante, limpeza padrão, localização praticamente dentro da praia de joao fernandes, staff atencioso, quarto com varanda e vista parcial do mar com espaco razoavel, boa cama e roupas de cama, silencio, vista relaxante, cafe da manha excelente, piscina limpa e climatizada, facilidade de estacionamento, facilidade de chegar por gps, ducha de boa qualidade. Alguns pontos foram muito ruins: a água no chuveiro era de morna para fria, faltavam tomadas no quarto (tivemos que pedir um extensão) pois a tomada ficava atrás do movél (criado-mudo). O café da manhã tinha poucas opções. Porém o que deixa desejar são os quiosques em frente ao hotel, tocando música com alto volume, cada um uma música, o que causa muito desconforto. Praticamente ocupam a praia inteira, sem local para clocar uma esteira ou cadeira. E por último o hotel "cobra" R$ 5,00 pelo "aluguel" da cadeira. Pelo nível do hotel deveria ser de graça, ou estar incluído na diária.

Paraíso em Buzios

Passamos dias incríveis em Buzios, de frente para a praia de João Fernandes e bem próximo de outras praias e pontos da cidade. O quarto era maravilhoso, com uma varanda de frente para a praia que ja vale a estadia. Os funcionários muito gentis e atenciosos nos deixaram bem a vontade em todos os momentos.

Atendimento péssimo e custo elevado.

Boa localização, Estacionamento amplo, piscina e academia pequenas, sem musica ambiente durante o periodo da hospedagem, cafe da manhã "largado", parte dos frios com ventilador ligado sobre os alimentos, buffet quente estava desligado no primeiro dia da hospedagem, ovos mexidos pareciam requentados. Equipe do cafe da manhã ausente, pois estavam preparando quentinhas para um grupo de hospedes. Bar da piscina desativado. Muita gente trabalhando na recepção e poucas para servir os hospedes. Piscina sem informações sobre a profundidade violando a Lei. Hotel não aceita que visitantes do hospede frequentem as partes comuns do hotel mesmo que o mesmo esteja vazio e não informa no momento da reserva ou check in. Hotel inflexivel e nada cordial.

Ubicación perfecta en Joao Fernández

La ubicación del hotel es fantástica frente a la playa de Joao Fernández , la atención del personal de recepción es excelente , sobre todo de Lucius . El aseo de la habitación es correcto .
