A pousada é excelente, muito linda e em ótimo estado de conservação, com vistas lindas tanto do quarto quanto da piscina. Atendimento muito gentil do Ruan. Pontos de melhoria: Reposição de alimentos no café da manhã precisa melhorar muito, o serviço está muito amador para uma pousada top como essa. Os alimentos acabavam e demoravam a serem repostos, o recolhimento dos talheres e pratos usados também era feito com muito barulho, batendo talheres e pratos na hora de recolher o que gerava muito ruído e um certo desconforto no ambiente do café da manhã. Os funcionários do café eram muito gentis mais precisam ser treinados e melhor orientados. Esqueceram também uma luva de borracha de limpeza em cima da prateleira do rack da televisão, o que não foi muito legal por ser um lugar onde colocamos objetos pessoais como carteira, relógio, óculos, celular e etc... No entanto são apenas pequenos detalhes fáceis de resolver, no todo a pousada é top demais. Volto com certeza.

Estádia horrível, o quarto não condizia com as fotos que visualizei aqui no app. O quarto era horrivel, frigobar todo enferrujado, ar condicionado deteriorando de tão velho, não gelava, a porta do quarto não fechava por dentro, falei com o recepcionista que informou que não havia quarto disponível para troca, que teria que ficar com esse. O gerente sugeriu que dormissemos com a porta aberta, situação de constrangimento e falta de respeito com o hospede, após um tempo fomos realocados para outro quarto que inclusive era exatamente conforme as fotos, mas foi deixado claro que teríamos que sair do quarto no dia seguinte. No dia seguinte tivemos que voltar para o outro quarto, saímos fazer um passeio quando voltamos no final da tarde simplesmente a porta não abria, ficamos quase 3 horas fora do quarto esperando o chaveiro tirar uma fechadura de outra porta e colocar na porta do quarto. Sai do conforto da minha casa pra passar por um constrangimento e pouco caso por parte da gerência do hotel. Inclusive percebi distinção por parte da gerência. Os recepcionistas e funcionários foram sempre muito educados. Agora a gerência faz distinção com brasileiros.
