"Classy! My family and I enjoyed our stay. I loved the location, cleanliness, breakfast, staff, and service. My wife raves about the spa, which is very inexpensive compared to spas in America, and my infant son loved crawling on the soft, clean carpet. We highly recommend this accommodation."

"The pod was kept clean and the amenities near the hotel were easy to access."

"Art musuem in a hotel Staff helpful. Comfy rooms. Good location"

"Stayed there for 15 nights as a female solo traveller. Breakfast was super delicious, the people there were super friendly and I was always welcomed by a happy smile. Never used a taxi and always walked to the city center as it’s only about 1.5 km. Would recommend it and stay there myself again."

"I had 2 brief stays in the hotel. The room was spotless on the first occasion, but after a 3 day tour I came back and stayed in another room. This time the floor hadn't been vacuumed. There was litter, toenails and a toothpick on the floor and long hairs on the bathroom floor. However, a manager arrived within 10 minutes of me complaining and the room was cleaned. "Ulaanbaatar’s “oldest five star hotel” is barely a two star by modern standards. Shabby rooms, broken heat, leaks, and an event space on the first floor that plays music so loud on the weekend that it physically shakes rooms on the fourth and fifth floors (thankfully the music fades a little after 11pm - but if you have an early morning tour on Saturday or Sunday, good luck trying to sleep until after ~11:15pm or so). Basic room has no bath tub, only a cramped shower stall. Saw reviews about the...

"We landed in Ulaanbaatar and were in for a night before our tour started. It is conveniently located right next to the Square, which makes it easy to walk around. The only thing: traffic! If your tour is picking you up from your hotel, try to plan pickup outside of peak rush hour. Room was clean, did not hear other guests while we were there. Water (and hot water) worked well. Breakfast was included and was nice (buffet style)."

"Lovely breakfast. Helpful staff. Short walk to city centre shopping area. Felt safe as a solo female traveller. Thank you💚"

"I am at the owners upon check-in. Originally, I was the only person in the entire hostel. The owner check that I was comfortable and was very sweet. Even when I was leaving, she was checking if I needed help and was checking that I ate something. The owners clearly take pride and taking care of their property. I don’t normally love staying in hostels, I have had too many experiences where they are not clean, etc. The sheets and bedding were fresh and comfortable, which I really appreciated and...
