"One of the nicest places i have stayed at to date! Harrison the host was very kind and allowed me to have peace, very aware of space. The "Blue Room" was everything i expected and more. The surrounding settings where idyllic and so peaceful and tranquil, it really is a gem of a find. The Interior was super clean, tranquil and cozy. "Good base for getting to all the shops and sites in Brighton. A bit small and cosy but was fine for 5 people. Not enough seating areas for more. Need to be aware you are next to a very busy road so will hear lots of people walking past and traffic noise but fine for a short break."

"A great property in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the Downs hillside. I enjoyed watching all of the birds playing outside the livingroom window in the mornings and evenings. "We stayed at the beach house for my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary. The location right on the beach is amazing. It was great to be able to sit outside and watch the sea, and some of our party enjoyed a swim too! The kitchen is well stocked with equipment so we could cook breakfast and we had a take away one night. The goodies left for us were appreciated. The house is very comfortable and there was room for all of us (6 adults, 2 children and a dog). We had a great stay!"
