"The location of this unit was good overall, which was a plus. However, my experience had several issues that are important to note.I accidentally booked this unit and attempted to cancel shortly after, but the host made the process very difficult and ultimately would not allow a cancellation, which forced me to keep the reservation. I had concerns going in based on previous reviews and asked ahead of time if comforters would be provided. The host said yes, but upon arrival, the beds only had thin throw blankets, and the bunk bed had no blankets at all. The host mentioned that cleaners had come before check-in, but when we arrived there was noticeable pet hair throughout the home, especially on the couch. While it wasn’t immediately visible, it was clear after sitting down, as it stuck to our clothing. I will say the couch itself was comfortable. I also had an event at the unit, which was disclosed in advance and approved. Unfortunately, I received a message during the stay stating that we were past quiet hours and needed to end the event immediately. This was frustrating, as concerns about this exact issue were the reason I initially wanted to cancel, but we were unable to come to an agreement. Additionally, there were no extra toilet paper rolls or paper towels provided, so we had to purchase those ourselves. There was also ants in the shower of the room with bunk beds"

"Our stay was okay overall. We were assigned a basement apartment, which are very small. Unfortunately, the bed and pillows were not comfortable, and we noticed a few strands of hair on the bed sheets. Being in the basement, we could hear a lot of noise from both above and neighboring units, which made it difficult to fully relax."

"The automatic information sent about the property was detailed and sent on time. I sent a couple of inquiries asking if there were extra towels or blankets and those inquiries went unanswered. The apartment was very clean and the sheets were soft. If you enjoy a hard mattress, this is perfect for you. Bed was too hard for me and I had to get up in the middle of the night to stretch because it was painful. Rest of my family also found the beds to be too hard to be comfortable. Soundproofing of the building needs to be improved, could hear people upstairs coughing and their tv playing. Stairway from first floor is hard to navigate because there are not enough bannisters to hold on to if you are carrying suitcases. Owner states they are working on the building so hopefully they will add more bannisters to safely navigate the stairwell. Otherwise, the apartment was very clean and there was a dedicated parking spot."
