Toilet walls, sink and stand, toilet bowl were dirty. Bidet not working well, toiletries and toilet tissue not provided. Mosquitoes all over the hotel. The hotel was in tip top Condition with breakfast under previous management. Our complaints won't be heard if done over the counter , according to staff.

Don't stay at this hotel as is haunted.

The room is terrible, very bad design as no space to walk. Very dark the rooms..its like a budget hotel but worst type. Its not worth ur money. Breakfast choices, cheap low quality breakfast. Counter treatment bad as they know u have already paid them. Not OKU friendly as staircase is the only access to the lift as was told. I hear noises all night knocking on doors but no one is outside.
