"We chose this location primarily for its proximity to Denholme where we were staying for a friends birthday party. In particular , the main features were space for a family of 5 and being pet friendly . The host , Sophie provided all details needed and reassurance, as our first time booking a private house for an overnight stay . The price was reasonable for the accommodation and it did everything we needed . The area is a quiet pleasant suburb with a small convenience store round the corner ....

"Great place, would definitely stay again."

"Maybe used to be Opulent but no more. Tough check-in and key difficult to use. Smell in corridor was disgusting mixture of various cuisines. Room needed serious maintenance"

"Very clean and very well decorated."

"Nice modern apartment. Conveniently located. Reasonable price. Had read reviews about it being noisy with the rooms being close to local pubs, however, we found it to be very quiet during our stay. Overall excellent!"

"Picked this place for a Bradford visit. Bradford was the main reason we picked the hotel. Didn't expect to enjoy the bar as much as we did."

"Lovely pet friendly accommodation. Friendly and helpful host."

"Stayed with my partner for a event stay. The restaurant was a nice part of the stay. West yorkshire was the main reason we picked the hotel. Would book again."
