The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. "A lovely stay for large family, gorgeous garden for kids to unwind and all to catch the sun, even in April. Great family kitchen where we chose to gather although good sitting room. Lovely walks from the house including a good pub for kids and food."

Good location for our trips to Blenheim Palace and Oxford for shopping.Property was very well kitted out and wish we could have stayed longer. Great big sofa for family Christmas movie watching to top off the overall facilities.It was a bit tricky to find in the dark and my sat nav didn’t like the postcode for some reason but we worked it out - first house on left when you turn in to the lane.Overall highly recommended and a very helpful...
