Stroll to the beach, take a refreshing dip in the sea or go for a long walk. The Butjadingen peninsula is characterised by its direct yet sheltered location on the Inner Jade. A variety of excursion destinations, such as the historic Hanseatic city of Bremen or the harbour city of Bremerhaven, offer you culture and sights. There is a viewing tower on Friesenstrand, from which you have an excellent view of Wilhelmshaven. For younger guests, Tossens offers a pirate adventure playground and the North Sea lagoon Butjadingen.
