Hervorragende Lage!!! In der Wohnung ist soweit alles vorhanden, sogar Wäscheständer und Liegen für den Balkon. Das Wohnzimmer lässt sich komplett abdunkeln. Das Schlafzimmer lässt sich nicht komplett abdunkeln und wird an Sommertagen sehr warm. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer reicht auch für 2 Personen mit wenig Platzansprüchen (ca. 140 cm Breite). Man muss wissen, dass man vom Schlafzimmer durch das Wohnzimmer (mit Schlafsofa) läuft, wenn man in die Küche oder ins Bad möchte.

Wohnraum, Küche, Bad und WC auf einer Ebene im 1.OG. Schlafraum (ohne WC) über Treppe in der Wohnung im 2.OG erreichbar. Für Mieter die Probleme mit dem Treppensteigen haben, nur eingeschränkt zu empfehlen; insbesondere wenn z.B. nachts die Toilette aufgesucht werden muss. Wohnung ansonsten sehr preiswürdig und tolle Lage zum Zentrum. Parksituation zwar eingeschränkt aber mit etwas rangieren lösbar.

Einmal und nie wieder!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Man ist in kürzester Zeit direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Ein Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. Die Wohnung hingegen ist total runtergewohnt und war dreckig. Das Schlafsofa war muffig und und in der Dusche war der Ausguß verstopft und es hat vergammelt gerochen, so dass es man sich dort kaum aufhalten konnte. Fazit: Einmal und nie wieder!!! Schade, denn die Lage ist wirklich sehr schön, aber wir waren froh, als wir aus dieser verwohnten und miefigen Wohnung wieder raus waren.
