As soon as you walk in, the vacation rental impresses with its open, light-filled living space. The bright and welcoming design instantly creates a relaxed vacation atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home from the very first moment. The modern living area features a comfortable corner sofa. A smart TV with Magenta TV, a DAB radio, a small selection of books, and a few board games ensure cozy and entertaining hours.

The apartment really shows off its special charm during the colder months: The fireplace provides cozy warmth and a comfortable atmosphere, while the infrared sauna in the bathroom offers soothing relaxation after a walk in the fresh North Sea air. This makes the Karlsson vacation rental a wonderful retreat in every season—in summer with a balcony and fresh sea air, and in winter with a fireplace and sauna, the perfect combination for well-being.

The open kitchen opens directly onto the living and dining area and is high-quality and fully equipped. Among other things, you’ll have access to a washing machine, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a microwave. This way, you can enjoy a completely relaxed vacation—from a cozy breakfast to a dinner shared with loved ones.

Both bedrooms are furnished with high-quality box-spring beds, offering you the perfect conditions for a restful night’s sleep. One room features a double box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), while the other has two single box-spring beds (90 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms feature blackout pleated blinds, insect screens on the windows, a smart TV with Magenta TV, and a mirrored wardrobe. This gives you pleasant retreats where you can enjoy peace, comfort, and a restful night’s sleep.

The modern, naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rack. The infrared sauna also transforms the bathroom into a small wellness area where you can wonderfully unwind after an active day of vacation.

We’ve also thought of our younger guests: a high chair, a travel crib with an extra mattress, toys, and children’s tableware are all at your disposal. This makes your stay especially pleasant for families with children.

From the living and dining area, you have direct access to the beautiful south-facing balcony. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sun, relax in a beach chair, or prepare delicious meals on the Weber electric grill on balmy summer evenings. A large garden table with four garden chairs and a stool offers plenty of space for shared meals and cozy moments outdoors.

The location is also a major draw: Perlebucht is just a few minutes’ walk away, inviting you to enjoy days at the beach, walks, and relaxing moments by the water. Families will especially love the new, modern playground in the heart of the resort, where little guests can let off steam to their heart’s content.

Outside, you’ll have your own parking space right in front of the house. The private shed is also particularly convenient, as it allows you to store bicycles or water sports equipment safely and conveniently. You can also charge your e-bike batteries there. In addition, a 28-inch women’s bike with 21-speed gears is available free of charge for running errands.

If you’d like to spend your North Sea vacation with the whole family or with friends, the property management can, upon request, arrange for a combination of two adjacent vacation apartments.
